Ms. Seoyeon Heo (허서연) received the Excellence Award for her outstanding research and technical presentation in a WISET program for women graduate students. WISET is the Korean foundation for women in science, engineering and technology. Ms. Heo conducts a very innovative research on turbulence modeling with machine learning, working with two undergraduate students, Yusu Kim and Kyumin Kim. Both KSME (Korean Soceity of ME) and WISET appraised this intereing research led by Ms. Heo.
